Communication with the team was fantastic. This is my 13th year of using a variety of student housing options for our children, and we have done many moves. Communication is not always good, and we have had movers show up late, without enough help, and not at all. A Better Way Moving and Storage was responsive from the beginning and followed up as the date approached. The movers did arrive late, because their morning move took longer than expected, but I received a call well before so that we could adjust. They then called in an additional worker at no charge to us, and finished our move in 2 hours instead of 3, getting us back on track, and this was at no additional charge to us. The movers were pleasant and willing to do whatever was asked. We will definitely be calling them for future moves in Bloomington.

We have used A Better Way Moving and Storage twice to help move large items from one home to another. Randy is very easy to communicate with to set everything up, he works with your schedule. The movers are very professional and polite, they are easy to work with as well. I highly recommend this company, they are locally owned and have been in business a long time!

The team from A Better Way Moving and Storage was great. They were polite, efficient, punctual, and experienced. They moved a piano for me from one house to another. I knew that the IU Jacobs School of Music used this moving company regularly to move their pianos. It was more expensive than I had anticipated, but upon calling around, I learned that it was less expensive than two other moving companies in town. I would definitely use these guys again for any moving needs.

They were able to get my 3 bedroom apartment and storage unit completely moved by early afternoon. The guys disassembled and reassembled all my furniture, wrapped all of the fragile items, and even hauled away a bunch of old cabinets for me. Will be using them for all future moves.

Highly recommend these guys. They are very kind and professional. I used them a couple years ago and will use their services again later this summer. They are careful and move fast. They moved at least 13 fairly large pieces of furniture from my apartment to my storage unit within a couple of hours.

Great experience from start to finish. Randy who answered the phone was always friendly even when I needed to change my moving date. The 2 gentlemen that came to my house were friendly and professional. I would recommend them if you are moving things into your home. I had them help me unload a 16' POD full of stuff into my new apartment and then any remaining items into a storage unit nearby. Great handling the whole way.

We had furniture to move out of the old hospital, store at their facility, and bring to our office once renovations were near completion. The movers did a great job! Our furniture was moved and stored without damages :)

These folks are awesome. This is the second time we have used A Better Way Moving and Storage. The first time they moved us from Florida to Indianapolis, then from Nashville, Tennessee to Indianapolis. We move a lot, and they're the best we've ever had. We were fortunate to get Mike and Julie for both moves. They communicate well, they're reliable, very friendly, and they go out of their way to make sure everything is good.

Picked up a bed my daughter bought from someone in Bloomington , stored it all summer for us & delivered it the day we moved her back for school from MN. Seamless process & so easy to work with. Nice delivery guys too!

I hired this company to help me pack a Relocube for a move from Indiana to Hawaii. I wanted to make sure it was packed well for the long journey and that the space was maximized. First off, Randy was extremely helpful in figuring out what help I needed including the manpower and supplies. Second, the guys were there a few minutes early, and were freaky fast and efficient. They expertly fit what I was doubting would fit in my Relocubelike masters of Tetris. They even fit items I had on the side that I thought I would have to store in someone’s basement. At the end, they even asked if there was more! They made extra space for last minute items and instructed me on how to pack anything extra. My mind was blown. Overall great experience. I am incredibly glad I hired them. This would have taken me all day and I doubt everything would have fit if I attempted it.

Wow!! How quick, effiecnt, and friendly the 2 men that helped me were!! It was an easy process to reserve with them, they arrived early, made moving my furniture seemed easy work, and unloaded to my storage unit quickly!
