Communication with the team was fantastic. This is my 13th year of using a variety of student housing options for our children, and we have done many moves. Communication is not always good, and we have had movers show up late, without enough help, and not at all. A Better Way Moving and Storage was responsive from the beginning and followed up as the date approached. The movers did arrive late, because their morning move took longer than expected, but I received a call well before so that we could adjust. They then called in an additional worker at no charge to us, and finished our move in 2 hours instead of 3, getting us back on track, and this was at no additional charge to us. The movers were pleasant and willing to do whatever was asked. We will definitely be calling them for future moves in Bloomington.

this company and their team were absolutely amazing! I needed a new couch hauled away and a new one brought in. the guys were so kind and worked hard to get the couches in and out without damaging anything (my apartment layout is a little difficult for big furniture to come in and out). I would highly recommend them for your next move!
