We take pride in moving seniors. Our team takes steps to assure seniors are moved with care, patience, friendliness, and kindness. We take our time and assist seniors in the moving process.

Rates
- 1 1/2 hour minimum
- Time starts from the shop and ends when we get done if the job is local in Bloomington city limits. If job is outside city limits there will be a fee to get back to shop.
- Each additional mover will be billed at $50 per hour

I was very nervous for my big move knowing how much stuff I had to transport to the new place, and was referred to Better Way from a coworker. Of course it was raining cats and dogs the morning of the move, but the men who showed up had such positive attitudes, were incredibly motivated to get started no matter the weather, and kept me updated/asked questions when necessary. They loaded up my 3300 sq ft house in less than 2 hours. The move into the new place went just as smoothly as the move out, very well thought out, handled all my belongings with grace, and let me make the decisions on where things went. The entire process took less than 4 hours, I couldn’t have asked for an easier day. I will refer this company to anyone I know that has a move coming up. 10/10 in my book, can’t say enough good things!

A Better Way moved furniture, a very heavy treadmill, and odds and ends for us from our house to our daughter's house. The crew arrived promptly at the scheduled time, were very friendly and polite, quickly loaded the truck and unloaded things at my daughter's house. My favorite part - they were careful with the items and the walls. She has a tricky stairwell but they handled the turns with ease - no wall damage whatsoever.I'm so glad we chose A Better Way to move us and I highly recommend this company.

A Better Way Moving and Storage is THE moving company to use in/around the Bloomington area. Their team is on time and moved our 2,500 sf home in less than 4 hours.
