They seemed to enjoy working with each other, which is important for a team-oriented task like moving. They also stored our grand piano for a few months and delivered it on the day of the move safely. They also took the items I wanted to donate, which was perfect for me! Highly recommended!

After reading moving horror stories, I did careful research to choose my movers. I was completely blown away with "A Better Way's" way to move my belongings from Florida to Indiana. After finding them through internet research, I called to inquire if they were moving someone to Florida during the time period I wished to move to Indiana. They had a Florida delivery scheduled. They answered every question I had, no matter how small. Mike was amazing. I still cannot believe the time in which the truck was loaded in Florida and unloaded in Indiana. They put everything where asked. My boxes (all 72 of them) were marked on top with the room destination. When the crew was finished, they asked "are you sure there's nothing more you need done?" before they left. I've had many successful corporate moves, but never an experience like that with "A Better Way." There ARE fine movers out there today. Just do your homework!

I rarely feel strongly enough to go online and leave a review for a business, but I was so pleased with A Better Way that I had to spread the word! I contracted them at an hourly rate to move some items from a house in Bloomington to a condo in Indy. I was slightly concerned about hiring them by the hour, but I should not have worried. The crew of 3 packed up all the intended items and delivered them to Indy so quickly and professionally! Items were well cared for and the crew was so efficient. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future!

Wow! Easy and effortless to get an 8x20 storage pod delivered to my home. Called on a Monday and the pod was delivered by Wednesday. Randy and his team made our day and really know how to treat customers well.

Better Way could not have made it easier during these covid times. I had the equipment sent to them, and then they delivered it EXACTLY WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD! That's service! Great service for moving us from Bloomington back to Indianapolis. Arrived promptly at 8 am and had our condo packed within 85 minutes and delivered and unloaded in Indy within total of 4 hours.
